Beckstoffers Mill reborn

The renovation of the Beckstoffer's Mill building is now complete and the first residents moved in in mid-January.  This marks a three year-long effort that included rezoning and subdividing the site, getting all of the necessary City approvals, installing underground utilities, putting in rainwater cisterns, installing brick sidewalks, and finally rehabilitating the Mill for loft style apartments.
